Thursday 18th February students and teachers from our school went to Les Borges Blanques to see a theatre play. The title of the play was Sherlock and it was about one of his famous cases, The Hound of the Baskerville. In the play we saw how Sherlock Holmes and his partner Dr. Watson solved the mystery around the death of Sir Henry Baskerville. The play had not only some intriguing scenes but also some funny moments.
After the play, on our way to the school we stopped off in Torrebesses to visit ‘El Centre d’Interpretació de la Pedra Seca’. We enjoyed an exhibition about the different types of stone constructions that we can find in the area and all over Catalonia. We also learnt about wikipedra. Wikipedra is a database where these stone constructions are geolocated.
Students enjoyed both the theatre play and the visit to the museum.
